The website says they do TB testing. However, he website didn't list the fee it just said they have a fee. I called 2 times with about 15 minutes in between and no answer. I decided to go anyway even with the low reviews. I showed up and they did not appear busy. I was told by the greeter to wait for a woman and that the website isn't up to date. Someone needs to uodate it clearly and they know this. He also says that he thinks they only read tb test results at the moment. The woman comes back and she said we don't do tb testing right now. Colossal waste of my time and energy.

Thank you for such a terrific vaccine experience! Former KMart site was organized, efficient, well-staffed, friendly and fairly quick even with lots of people there to get vaccinated. Kudos to all who work hard and volunteer to provide this life-saving service! God bless you all!

Some of the ladies there are absolutely rude. As soon as they call you back they have an attitude and act like they don't want to help you. Never been treated like that in my life. I definitely wont be coming back.

Not sure. You can call the health department and maybe ask the Social Worker there. She may know someone.
Yes you can get it from there bt u have 2 call an make an appointment and u will be able 2 get in the next day
Tell landlords which i know they usually dont take it as serious as they should.... If youve let the office know a few different times and are not taken serious i would not only call health inspection but also contact lawyer on regaurds to being ignored and continuing to be forced to replace and get new furniture! It would hold under the small claims court im sure
Go back to where you got your vaccine they should have a record
Go to the place you got your vaccine and they should help you out
No.
No sure.

Birth certificates for State of Kansas go through Vital Statistics in Topeka
I know WIC uses that and that stands for containers. I hope this was of help.
No you have to either go online and order there or drive to Topeka where you can get it the same day. Its the same process for Birth Certificates.
You could call the landlord tenant law and go to the health department
