Wish I took a photo of the delicious bowls we ordered but we couldn’t wait to take a bite…And they did not disappoint! Highly recommend if you are in KC or just looking for a bite to eat while passing through the city on a road trip. Highly recommend the harvest and poke bowls. Yum!

This place, canihaveabite is incredible! The food is spectacular, all organic and truly delicious. I had the vegan lasagna and after I ate it, I realized I didn't miss the dripping cheese that is standard for regular lasagna. It had so much flavor and wonderful ingredients. The owner is so personable and just loves people and wants to keep people healthy. Her passion seems to be great customer service! I felt like she had become my friend in our brief exchange!! She is so down to earth and an excellent cook with her own unique recipes. I plan to visit this place very often. Stop by and eat great food in a great atmosphere where you will be treated like a member of the family!!

I’m trying to lead a more healthy life. I found this place by searching Google and though I live 30 minutes away, I gave it a try. I got the grilled cheese and the butternut squash chili. The grilled cheese was good. The bread is tasty but BIG! I guess that’s how they fill you up. I asked for my spinach on the side because I don’t like the slimy texture of cooked spinach. They ignored my request, but it wasn’t too bad so I guess I’m okay with that. The chili had good flavor but the rice and the beans were significantly undercooked. They may want to start the beans when they open to insure they are fully cooked. Their prices are very high, considering the cost of beans rice and squash. I could have made a months worth of beans for what they charge. I won’t go out of my way to eat here again, but I might go back if I’m in the area already.
