I hit a guardrail while my steering wheel got stuck. I was able to get to the shoulder and had two dogs with me. The kindest tow driver saw me and offered me help. He assisted me in finding my SOS in my car and also called to see if I had a towing warranty. He was able to get paid and use his service my my car dealership. He was wonderful and professional. Wish I knew his name, but works for Reckless towing. Thank you!!!

My car shut down on the side of the highway omw to Johnstown to see my son's MMA fight. I was referred to this tow service. I called and the man I spoke to said "the important thing is to get you off the side of the road first and worry about the car next!" I didn't even know this was an option!! I thought I was going to have to miss my son's fight, tbh! This man's gf drove from portage all the way to Duncansville to pick my daughter and I up and drive us all the way to the 1st Summit Arena!!! And they were the nicest people ever! Not only that, but I couldn't believe the rates! I was expecting it to be outrageous being that it was Friday around 630p! No!!! They even took my car to my mechanic's shop (behind UPMC)! I HIGHLY recommend this service. Hopefully, I won't need a tow truck ever again, but if I do...I will definitely call them :-)
