Made reservations at the much nicer Ma Tar Wa park. When we checked in we were told we had a space at Alpine Springs across the road and a mile away. Very rustic park abandoned years ago. Gave 2 stars because the check in lady apologized and said we could get a refund if we wanted to leave. Left a day early. Update: In checking out we were informed that the advertised park, Ma Tar Wa, is permanently full of full-timers with a long waiting list. If you think you are getting this park, think again. You will be sent to the closed and decrepit multi-level Alpine Springs dirt lot, which does have full hook-ups if you don't mind their abandoned look. Our sewer inlet lacked a cover and was located directly under the fresh water faucet. I would find other accommodations. Viejas Casino should be ashamed to have this as their RV park.

Was probably cool in the 70s. Unfortunately hasn't been updated or renovated since. The advertisements are false. The roads all around there are tore up beyond belief. Borderline undrivable. Then you get to your spot and it's just dirt and mud. There's no Wi-Fi and no cable. Because you're in the middle of nowhere you have limited antenna TV. I truly felt like I was in a Texas Chainsaw Massacre movie when I met all the natives in the area. You almost have to see them to believe it. Also being located in the middle of nowhere leaves you no stores or anything near by. I would rather drive my rig into the ocean before I would stay there again. Good luck.. Happy traveling...

Stayed here from Christmas 2018 to the end of April 2019. Felt like home to me. I would have made a permanent home of it but work was over saturated and had to move on. Loved my spot. No one bothered me or my property but I do like to keep to myself on the home front and informed invaders of such in the friendliest manner possible. If work ever brings me back to the area I hope they have a spot for me. I have upgraded to a 40 ft 2020 5th wheel with 3 slides though. The folks running the place and working the office then we're the coolest IMHO. Yeah, I loved it there being a common man...😁✌️😁

Yes.. looks like quite a few..
From what I was told yes. But they want 2012 and newer as of 2022. Supposedly there's a waiting list too.
There are full hookup sites as well as electrical only and no power sites too. Also equestrian sites. Prices vary. As for long-term, you'll have to call the site to get that info.
