This is the worst company ever. You would think that the amount that is presented to you online will be the payment, but no it’s not I am being told that I owe additional late charges and those are not calculated when you pay late online, how is this any fault to the customer? now I am being threatened with disconnect notice for 17.00 of late fees for two months. It don’t make no since. I hate this water company, if I could dig a well and supply my own water I would.

Talked to someone mid month of February to let them know we would be couple days late due paycheck they said ok as long as it’s not a couple weeks late told them no only 2-3 days at that well came home to water shut off only one phone call and no hang tag (law says call twice and hang a tag) and did it during the states declared winter months no one will answer besides emergency line which hangs up real quick if it isn’t a maintenance issue. Water is a necessary human right, having one company control it all only to shut off over 100 bucks which was talked about now they are gonna make me pay the reconnect fee. Some legal issues needs to happen soon to Jackson county water so they know basic human rights and to follow the rules the state laid out which they do not follow to a T

I have lived here for over 5 years. I paid our bill on Jan 5th & they shut our water off On Jan 19. I have NEVER had delt with someone shutting our water off in the freezing cold weather with a newborn, 7 year old son. Now my pipes are going to freeze. They don’t have a knock policy. Especially for this situation. There needs to be a better way on how to handle these situations.

Website is ridiculously old and horribly maintained. I pay my water bill on the last day of every month and the most recent one I have an emailed receipt for with a confirmation number. Well, the bill is still listed on my account and I received a notice saying that my water was being shut off. The payment was posted to my card so somehow they've gotten 40 bucks out of me and want me to pay again.
