Quick and efficient if not overly friendly service. Wish they had a "stay in your car" kind of service, but that is just a minor inconvenience for not having to deal with the 3+ hour oil changes that happen at dealerships

I requested a regular oil change (website & sign said this was $47.99). When I went to check out, I was charged $72. When I asked why, they stated that it was the service that was done last time and because I had high mileage on my car. I explained that I did not request high mileage nor did I request synthetic oil, but I was being charged for that and I had never brought my car there before so there was no prior service to reference. They refused to correct the pricing nor offer any further help to resolve the issue.
