Redz is contracted thru my insurance company..yesterday, Redz was on the way..120min out,,OK..3hrs,gi by..NO TOW,,called insurance company back..get another txt..8-10min out..NO TOW,,4 h4s..nothing. these guys are definitely losing that …JT, I would look into your insurance (they use "quest"), not our company. We did not contract with them to tow you on the 7th and never once set up service. So, fact of the matter is they sent you information without speaking to our company and lied to you sending you complete misleading information. If you want to open an investigation with their dispatch we would be willing to offer any type of phone records or information needed that they completely left you stranded by setting up a "fake" service call.

My steering wheel and ignition was locked..tried several times to release, after many service calls...thought Towing to service center was only option..Redz Transport came to tow after talking with driver..He tried and after a good Manly …So glad our driver was able to put the strength into getting you back on the road!
