So my air conditioning recently went out and so I contacted the office to let them know and Danielle and Sydney got working on my issue immediately. They had maintenance put some temporary window AC units in while they're in the process of replacing my outside condenser. They're super nice, easy to work with, and made this unfortunate experience as painless and easy on me as possible. Thank you ladies you're amazing!

A/C has not worked since move in a couple months ago. We're on the 2nd floor and our unit has got into the 90's, probably higher but we can't stay there often bc we have a 5 year old here! Have put in multiple maintenance requests, called the office, emails, the whole 9 yards, you name it we've tried it. They literally just do not care.

This apartment company is run by a corporate corporation and doesn't care about anything but the money you pay. The have homeless problems, vandalism on cars, and consist trespassers that harrass current residents. The don't have constant maintenance staff and when they do arrive they take forever to fix the issue, if they fix it at all.

I have lived at this property for around 4.5 years. And I have been through alot of B.S and many managers. Since the new owners have taken over I can say they have gone above and beyond to make sure things are done. The new Property Manager is Awesome she gets things done it may take a little bit but she gets it done. I am excited to see the new things they are doing to make this a better place to live. And I am looking forward to seeing these improvements. Especially the Gym.....As well as I hope the new manager and the maintenance staff sticks around longer then the past managers. Maintenance also has improved and they are very respectful when entering your home and they do try to do the best they can for you. Keep up the good work and thank you for being understanding and on top of things

Yes they do accept housing vouchers and section 8 but you still have to pay for the application and background check fee of $35.
Arah - we apologize for the delay! The HOA did a beautiful job of replacing the fence and we are ready to go! Make sure if you do not have a card for the workout room that you stop by the office. That is how you will get into the pool.
There should be new dumpsters there - we changed our trash removal company as of 5/31/19. Thank you!
