Had to go in person just to make an appointment because they don't pick up their phones. When we did finally get in for repair of rust on the rockers, the work they did was still not enough for our vehicle to pass inspection 6 months later. …That is terrible to hear! We are a lean organization and sometimes our mornings are overwhelming with estimates and phone calls. We do our best to answer all incoming calls but if we cant get to it in time please leave a message and we will return your call asap. Regarding the repairs to your rockers, We searched our system and do not have a Bridget or a Fitzpatrick within the last 6 months so I don't have great details but I can hopefully still help with some clarification. We absolutely %100 stand behind the value and quality of our repair work. If we did a repair for a specific and isolated area that failed inspection, we guarantee our work will pass for a least 2 years. That does not mean there may be adjacent or other areas completely that may need address down the line though. I cannot comment much about your second opinion other than we are highly recommended and referred quite often because of our workmanship. This is not the kind of customer experience we like to hear about and would like to see what we could do to turn that 1 star into a 5 star. Dropped car off Friday for Saturday appointment. Got a call early Saturday saying my quote and they could have my car done by Tuesday. Was a structural frame repair. Was done by the end of Saturday.
