I placed an online order for pickup. I walked in and said I'm picking up an online order. The server said okay, it will just be a few minutes. Then he takes the girl's order that walked in behind me. Then he takes another woman's order that walked in behind the first woman. He fixed both of their orders AND THEN fixed mine. My order was suppose to be ready by 7:30pm, it wasn't ready until 7:44pm. I am a reasonable person but to do something like that and not explain why or apologize is unacceptable. Good customer service is the key to keeping customers coming back. Customers are SPENDING THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY when they patronize any establishment and good customer service should be offered automatically.

Got there at 8pm, 2 hours before they close. They were out of almost everything including but not limited to: carnitas, sour cream, and chips" The dishes were piled up behind the counter. You could tell they were just working with whatever was made the day before or whatever. The worker literally asked me "which ones are those" when I asked for barbacoa and carnitas. When I got to the register, the person there just said "we had a rough morning". Overall the worst experience at a chipotle I've ever had.

How about making people aware BEFORE they order in store that ONLY EXACT change or a credit/ debit card is accepted as payment in case they don't notice the teeny, tiny words posted amongst ALL the other signs!!!!! Also, how about being just a tiny bit nice so people will want to come back in the future!!! Not a pleasant experience in the least! 2 thumbs down!!!

The guacamole needed some help as the photos show. My dad took his plate up and was offered a little container of guac. I had the new chicken and the texture was rough - though the flavor was good.
