Diona (sorry if I spelled it wrong,) is my fish hero. Thanks to a different pet store chain, I had a rough start to being a betta owner. My first fish was laying sideways in his little cup as soon as I brought him home. Needless to say, he unfortunately didn’t last long. Then the second…took a turn for the worse as well. I went and returned everything I had bought and came to Petsmart instead. Diona was not only very knowledgeable but she was INCREDIBLY helpful (both times I came in.) She truly went above and beyond to help me through my fish issues and to find the perfect betta, tank, etc. for my son. She even walked me through safely transferring my fish to his new tank. My kid is in LOVE with his new tank setup and of course, his fish. So far, this one seems to be doing so much better than my previous ones. I can see a huge difference in their demeanors already. Thank you Diona for helping me with my sons first pet! Also, thank you for dealing with my indecisiveness and thousands of questions. I’m insanely grateful!

PetSmart is the perfect pet store for all of your pets needs. They have onsite veterinarian hospital, doggie hotel, grooming and dog training for your convenience. I love the location of this PetSmart, and my puppies love it too.

I highly recommend going to this specific store. The employees and managers are simply the best. When I ask questions about reptiles or fish, I get really good informed answers. I had my goldfish almost die, and the helped me save him.

GROOMING REVIEW: We brought our mini Australian shepherd to get cleaned, blow-dried, and brushed. Not only did the staff act short with us, but they did a horrible job with his back half. His hair is sticking up on both sides of his butt and his tail is doing an awkward swirl which it's never done before. Would not recommend.
