The manager didn't want anybody to be in the restaurant. I used the app. & I walked into the restaurant. When I walked into the restaurant. The 1st thing he told me to get out. The 2nd thing he said was my order was already given out. There's a typed note on cash register stating pick up only, yet he was throwing me out. I'm sure the store should have sit down available since the store is open. I would think being in Paoli, the store manager would be friendly. It's quite the opposite. The I ordered a $7 beef & a $6 chicken premium sandwiches. I received a $1 McDonald's double patty hamburger sandwich. The burger was so dry it was like eating leather. I DON'T HAVE TO WONDER WHY THERE'S LESS Wendy's stores. Wendy's higher lousy people, including managers. Wendy's was a nice place to go. I haven't been to Wendy's in a long time, I should have kept it that way. Good bye forever. Wendy's it was nice seeing you when your employees was polite, & friendly. Plus the food was good. P.S. I already took a bite of leather burger & that's why you only see 1/2 of burger

I come here every day. There's a guy working here named Jeremiah who has an extremely professional energy. Obviously working hard, sincerely thanks you. Is there a lot. Prior to that they had some other people that were pretty good at the drive-in window.

I don't eat fast food nearly as much as I used to, but every so often a friend and I will stop by. The McDonald's closer to us had closed early but this Wendy's was close by and open. I was very pleased that it was a very clean and well run restaurant. The manager, Sekye, is a young man with a great future ahead of him. Everything about our visit spoke of a young man who definitely knew what he is doing. Courteous, engaging and a solid team leader. No sad faces or people loafing around. It appeared that he was in charge of a solid team of young people who knew their roles and knew that the manager had their backs. That's important. Good leaders know that they will be successful when their workers are successful. My friend and I plan to return.

Sometimes the food is good but a lot of dry sandwiches. The service time is better than a few months ago. Napkins and condiments are never offered or included which is a big bummer compared to other places in the area. Overall it's okay if it's an emergency when you work 12+ hour shifts from 7 to 7. For some reason they don't always offer breakfast. You can sit and wait in the drive thru and you'll get no service while they are open. Very frustrating in the morning to get no service at 9 or 10AM when they are staffed.....
