Really a hit or miss when it comes to this place. Every time I’ve gone here they at least mess up or forget 1 thing in my order and staff do not seem to care and are rude when asking for forgotten items. I received a soggy, undercooked bagel with sad-looking bacon along with coffee that was basically near-white with milk upon my most recent visits and will not be returning. Seems like a joke to employees here.

Love, love, love the bagels here! I drive 45 minutes to get my usual dozens of cinnamon raisin bagels. Friendly, great staff! Always cheery and friendly. So polite! I look forward to my bagel runs. 🤗

Great place. Very efficient, good quality bagels. Staff are nice. Update: Usually very good, however today it was unusually crowded and staff couldn’t seem to handle it at all. I ordered a plain bagel, waited 20 minutes, and when it was evident I wasn’t getting it, I left. When other people asked for refunds, manager got upset. It shouldn’t take that long to make a bagel, and any shop with efficient staff and management should be able to prioritize quicker orders, so that there aren’t 20 people all waiting for their food.
