Me and my family have been living in the apartment for last 14 months. At the beginning, I like the apartment even though it is a little bit old than the neighboring apartments. Recently they started the renovation of the balconies which is good but they are too slow and annoying. These work can be done with in 2-4 weeks but I see they even have not started construction but demolition part . The light has been obstructed and air condition services have been badly affected in the middle of summer heat. It feels like a jail right now. Kids and my family are sad and depressed with this. They didn't address these issues when reached out to them, instead got a rude and unapologetic email from management. Also, I just saw they are charging me 26$/month for sewage charge which is the most expensive I ever rented. Billing is not transparent. They charge whatever amount they want to.This apartment has only mission to take your money. Toilets and faucets are not proper : toilets don't flush properly. Faucets and basins often get clogged.

I have been a happy resident of the Paoli Place Apartments for the past one year but the happiness has turned in to frustration and depressing because of the construction work on the buildings where we live. my wife and me work from home and we have a 2 year old kid and there is constant drilling work on the balcony/patio which is disturbing our work and KID. when reach out to the leasing office only response I got was "sorry we can not help you". The worst thing is they have removed the central AC unit and gave us temporary units which are not at all enough for the two bed room apartments. They just notified us about 2 weeks in advance but never thought it was going to be this worse. Our windows and Patio glass have been covered with planks which I feel like we are trapped in the apartment with the kid. Finally FRUSTRATING and DISAPPOINTING.

I've been a resident at Paoli Place for 4 years now and have loved ever minute of it. It's a wonderful community. The maintenance is quick to resolve issues, and the office has been lovely to work with.

We had lived in Paoli Place Apartments for almost 5 years, their rent did grow up, we did have issues with our roof leaking but the management did awesome work during Covid phase. The stuff were always nice to us, fixed most of the issues that we have asked them to fix, they actually gave use discounts during Covid for paying rent on time even returned our deposit money last year. Nothing is perfect but they did good and feedback always helps to improve. Great job guys!!
