Giving 1 star because it won’t let me save it with zero. This store is one of the worst run stores I have ever seen. Management cannot problem solve. We ordered a tractor, it was delivered, had an issue with it and we worked with the store, Cathy, and decided they would swap them out. Pick up the new one with an issue and deliver a replacement new one. The one with an issue has been picked up, replacement has not been delivered and each day the store says, it will be there tomorrow. We called again today and it’s still sitting at the store and we were told to “hang in there”. Meanwhile, we spent $2500 and have nothing to show for it. Called customer service lines and no resolution. Home Dept, especially this one, is a joke. UPDATE: We received an email stating another tractor would be delivered 5/7… after we received our replacement. The store screwed up and added a “special order” duplicate and sent an email stating another tractor would be delivered 5/7. We did not authorize any of that as we received our tractor that Friday. When we called the phone number associated with the email, they stated they could do nothing and the store had to cancel the order. We called the store and nobody there, yet again could assist us and then hung up on us after we were on a call for 57 minutes. Unacceptable. This manager’s name was Jay this time.

I got stopped at the door after not finding a drill bit I needed because I had an angle grinder in my hand from Wal-Mart but when I showed the employee my recept she called me a lier and asked me why I came in the store with that angle grinder....? because wanted to purchase another product before getting in my car... I felt so disrespected
