Cant say enough to describe how bad it really is. If management wanted to appear concerned they could have removed the mold from the bedroom window when I noticed it and told them it was there. They are not at all concerned about the well being of their tenants. I would have appreciated my security deposit to be returned within 30 days but here we are, 30 days later, without our deposit returned. We dont even live there anymore and they're still violating the terms of the leaseWe appreciate your feedback about your experience at Riverside Apartments. We regret that your experience was less than satisfactory. Please contact the management office at (610) 279-9473 and we would be happy to speak with you to resolve any issues you might be having. Thank you

They are scam artists. Terrible maintenance for rat and roach infested buildings. Mold in three different spots in my apartment they just painted over two times before I went to take legal action for them to properly handle the mold and it still wasn't. Leasing manager lied about condition of apartment and never gave me a tour of my apartment. Have me the wrong keys to my apartment so couldn't move in on the first. Had to push my move date back and they never reimbursed me for moving costs I had to pay for twice... carpets smell like dog piss and I don't own a dog. Roofs caving in in all of the buildings from heavy rainfall. Evacuated if the river gets too high to some cots in a local high school... terrible customer service. My apartment was broken into and it took them a month and a half to even fix the door frame that was damaged. I wouldn't suggest anyone live here. Then trying to move out is ridiculous. They require 90 day notice to move out on the day your lease ends. They send out a renewal form stating they will automatically renew the year lease if you don't respond to the renewal by the 90 days before the lease is up Date but the actual lease says different. Then they wait until it's too late and you have already signed the month to month lease (which also requires a 90 day notice) to tell you that the rent will be increased almost 100 more, and then wait another month to tell you that you aren't allowed to put your 90 days in until the original lease is up, trapping you in for even longer. Packages stolen from outside my apartment door. People asking if you want crack outside. Drug dealers all around. It's a terrible company and terrible buildings they expect one maintenance man to handle all by himself

Questions & Answers

What is the price

It depends if the manager decides to give you or not, every one bedroom apartment is not the same price.

Do you know that they have bedbugs, roaches? The property manager will tell tenants your business, give other tenants keys to your apartment without your permission? Just letting you know.

Bernice Smith you are absolutely correct, I wish I had your contact information. I currently live here and they have rodents, mildew. Horrible management and maintenance. she got people that don't even speak English calling themselves maintenance, they don't even work for the company, University City housing. The list goes on.It is a horrible place to live and I never experienced something so traumatizing.

How long is the waiting list for seniors to get in?

I wouldn't advise you to put a senior citizen in this environment. It's not safe. And in case of emergency, law enforcement will not be able to get to the senior. They would have to break the lobby door to get in unless they have a key to the complex. It does not have a handicap entrance in none of the buildings.
