I have family members who reside there. The staff are always respectful and attentive. The complex is always in excellent condition. Keep up the great work !

PROS: friendly environment, mostly quiet, almost 0 crime, plenty of space to walk pets, everyone who lives here pretty much has the same understanding and respect for one another and just minds their business CONS: no playground, thin walls, thin floors (if your neighbors upstairs are early risers don’t set an alarm, they will wake you with their heavy footsteps… just get up when they do or better if you have kids don’t let them run around during the day especially young children, you will have complaints and I mean complaints), always something going on with maintenance (parking or building wise), you may have to park down the hill to find parking… what does this mean for you??keep a good pair of walking shoes in the car),oh they can walk in your home/garage and inspect with less than a 24 hour notice (they will leave a paper on your floor to say hi I stopped by), read your contract/lease (if you drop any colored liquid on any carpet in one room like we did, just a dot or a hair they will replace the carpet in the entire apartment ($700 and there goes your security deposit lol)), if something scheduled doesn’t work for you, they will schedule at a time convenient for them (less than 24 hours more like 8 hours), oh they have trash service but if that box is not broken down it will sit (or if there are too many bags your trash guy who walks through the building grabs what he wants at his discretion) Enjoy your stay (1 year and gone)

We’ve been here for a few months and it’s been incredible. The move in process was easy and quick, Sam at the front office has been beyond amazing! All the employees are super friendly! I have been here since April 2018, and the people who live here are great. The maintenance and leasing office workers are nice, however, are slow to repair or do things. My apartment has mold growing from the windows and nobody else is …

Water, gas and sewer are the responsibility of the resident - please keep in mind that all utilities are individually metered. Our community currently holds the Energy Star Award, so all apartments and appliances are highly efficient to help keep costs down. You'll only be charged for what your apartment uses.

Our community features 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartment homes with a variety of style options to choose from depending on the size you're looking for. While our monthly rent prices can fluctuate, 1-bedroom apartments are usually available in the general range of $1,450-$1,650 per month. Similarly, our 2- bedroom layouts typically range $1,715-$1,915 per month depending on size. Lastly, our 3-bedrooms can be found between $2,005-$2,030. We often have specials so please call to ask how those can bring down your monthly total!

Yes, we are pet-friendly! We welcome both dogs and cats, with certain breed restrictions on dogs. We allow a maximum of two pets per apartment home. There is a $30 monthly charge per animal with an initial pet deposit of $300 which is half refundable at the end of stay. For information on dog breed restrictions and service/companion animals, please contact us.
