This is by far the best dry cleaners I have even been to. The staff is always so friendly and they are always so accommodating to you. They are not very expensive and do such a good job. I will literally use them until the day that I die.

Absolutely atrocious! Worst experience in 40 yrs by far! A last minute family wedding in WA caused me to try Kenn's same day svc &: 1. The prices were MUCH higher than promised. $6 2. I was told 5pm & at 8:30pm I waited 20min! 3. An important pc was not delivered. 4. 2 pcs had stains I removed myself. 5. Repairs asked for were ignored. 6. I MISSSED my 8:45 hair appt & flight was early morning the next day so no badly needed cut for the wedding. 7. NO APOLOGY! The owner didn't seem to care even a tiny bit. I paced & lost another 11min as he calculated a paltry $12 refund which was a joke. I was still ripped off based on what I was told/charged. ($6 vs $1.80 x 6pcs) Had he refunded the entire $70+ I still would've never used them again. Every single issue I've had in 40 yrs of dry cleaning happened at Kenn Cleaners in one visit. Shame on them!
