I went here today to make a purchase using my new credit card. I don't have the physical card yet but as with any store I shop at i was sure they could look me up. Surprise surprise they said they couldn't. So i called the credit card company and they said it could have been looked up in the store. So i called Forever 21 at Chicago ridge mall and a guy told me over the phone that my account should have been looked up. Its making me wonder why did these ladies quickly say they couldn't. I will be back tomorrow and they gone feel this black girl magic.

My experience here was great! The manager here helped me save some time by letting me know in advance if the things I was buying would be going on sale the next day. Sure enough they weren't, but she gave me a 15% discount for my trouble. I wish I could remember her name. They have really good prices as it is already, so my shopping experience was very enjoyable and I was able to find what I needed. I will return at a later date because my customer experience there was memorable.
