What a great experience we had at Dean Safe in Simi Valley! We would HIGHLY recommend Dean Safe for your large or small safe purchase. After doing some research online, it was nice to go "kick some tires" at the store. They had a good selection. But more importantly, we were greeted and taken care of by Mary. She was very knowledgeable, professional, polite, and patient. The transaction was easy, the delivery on time, and we are so happy with our purchase.

I purchased a Stealth safe from Dean Safe. The safe itself is an excellent product & will meet my current and future needs well. The installation did lack a quality approach. First, the installers were great people. They were very nice and easy to work with. But after the install all the dust, etc. from the drill and bolt down was left on the floor of the safe. Paying to have 4 bolts put in is one thing, but not cleaning up afterward is another. Next, I had lights added to the safe. The cords were left in basically a nest on the floor of the safe. No zip ties - nothing. Lastly, I had placed a piece of tape on the floor to locate the safe. I made a mistake not realizing the way the door opened. The installers communicated the issue & recommended a new location. This was appreciated. However, when they moved the safe to the suggested location, they left the tape on the carpet. They bolted the safe down on the strip of tape. I just can’t understand why.
