Why did it have to take 40 mins, for an online order posted ahead of time, to make simple garlic bread?

They always give me, my order wrong, is either missing an ingredient or the cheese is on the box, Not on the actual pizza, the crust most of the Time is uneven, or Dough is some what raw. Tried going few times on Different days, because is the closest to me, and I'm always tired from work ,if they don't like what they are doing they need to switch jobs or hire people that really care about their customers ,Or Maybe since its starts from the Top,Owner should pay them better, And They may Improve, it's a Chain of command, 1 hour wait just horrible.

Friday night pizza "oh yeah". The pizza was very good. It was warm and done to high expectations. We tried the new Calzone pizza and it was great. We were very satisfied. I would recommend it! Also great price for great food and don't forget the crazy bread.
