I ordered 2 chicken star kids meals and 1 cheeseburger kids meal. When I got home and opened up the kids meals there was a blue paper clip in 1 of the kids chicken star meals. I've tried to call the manager but no one answers.

If I could have given them zero stars, then that’s what I would have given them. I went there the other day to pick up an order. There were 2 cars in front of me. When they moved on and were out of site, no one said anything from the speaker, so I said “hello”, so the guy said “I’ll be with you in a moment ma’am .” He literally had me waiting for 6 plus minutes before he came back to get my order. When I told him what I was there for, he said that he couldn’t hear and for me to come to the window. Once I drove to the window, he left me waiting about another 2 minutes before he came to the window. I gave him my order and he went to get it while taking the order from the other cars. He brought the order and apologized. On e he gave me my order, he closed the window and said” Oh shit”, because he knew that I had seen his name and called him by it. His name was michael and he has short, curly, blonde hair. I will not be going back to that one and would advise others not too also. Just because he was being spiteful, the line got longer than it had to.

Staff was friendly, that's why I gave them 2 stars. Tip jar outside the drive thru window was a 1st for me. Western bacon cheeseburger was dry, barbecue sauce to hickory tasting & kinda sour. Idk, maybe they changed from the sweeter kind I remembered. Loaded breakfast burrito was "skimpy" & overpriced. French fries were overcooked & barely edible. Won't be going back to this Carl's Jr.

I order a chicken sandwich all I got was the chicken with one pickle and a lot of mayo. I won’t ever come here again and I hope people won’t eat here. They should shut down this restaurant.
