We really enjoy living here. The only real issue I have is with the electric issues in this apartment. Since we moved in almost four years ago our electric bills have been out of control. There is definitely something wrong because the electric bills are so all over the place. Example: One bill from January 2020 was around $40. The bill for same month in 2021 was around $140. This has gone on since we moved in and I can't seem to get this rectified. Now after a electrical issue was taken care of I find that the hallway light outside our door is on my electric and not the buildings which it should be. I don't know who to deal with anymore since nothing still has been done other then a transmitter by the meter was changed and no difference. I believe there is a decent amount of money that I was overcharged should be reimbursed. I would appreciate this being looked into ASAP so it can be straightened out and hopefully get money back. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from someone sooner rather than later.

I have been staying here since May 2019 and I can tell you that this place is probably one of the best places you can stay in Plymouth meeting/norristown/KOP area. Let me explain why: 1. Best amenities 2. Affordable pricing 3. Very good response to work orders 4. Friendly staff More over they are excellent to their customers and are not rude. Jasmine, the property manager has a great positive attitude and has always been to help you once in need. I got this apartment through Jay who showed us the place around and he is a great guy as well. I believe John is the gentleman who heads the service (don’t quote me on that)and he has his team is always there for you. Overall for the price, location and the zest, it’s a great place to be at! Typically within a month or living somewhere I know if I’m going to renew my lease lol. I have high expectations for where I live and I love it here. My apartment is fairly new as far as the updated and so spacious, & let’s talk about the view. The carpet on my floor is a little old but that’s my only complaint really. I love it here. Maintenance responds, some of the office workers are really nice. Just no complaints

I have had a great experience living at Place One. The apt is large and the building is so quiet and sturdy. The amenities are great and we can't wait to be able to access the indoor ones once we safely can. The maintenance is so helpful. I was not fond of the office staff when I moved in but the new hires are OUTSTANDING. They are helpful, kind, and always have a friendly hello. The garage is worth every penny in the winter! Finally you can't beat the view. I plan to stay here through the rest of my kids high school years.
