My father in law has been using them for a while now. Most repair shops don't have the knowledge and experience with electric bikes that WRC does. Their customer service is top notch; from prompt communication, timely repairs, and they even went out of their way to drop off the bike when it was finished. All around friendly and professional business that provides everything you would need for your bike (electric or manual!).

Bill did an excellent job replacing the tires on my girlfriend's bike. He and his wife were very helpful in finding the white wall tires I requested. He even gave the old bike a tune-up for good measure. I was so pleased with the work he did. I had him tune-up a new bicycle of mine that I had recently put together. He let me sit in on the job and taught me a lot about various adjustments and how things functioned. The parts and labor were reasonably priced for both jobs and it felt good to support this up-and-coming local businesses. I highly recommend Whitemarsh Revolutionary Cycles!
