The store had little inventory and was a mess. Multiple children crying the entire time as well as merchandise alarms going off. I think they are understaffed which is understandable

Always dirty! Cashiers always with a little attitude. even the clothing racks are falling apart what's up with the mess? Atleast try to make the store decent this is how you treat your costumers?

Not a good shopping experience. Ross workers everywhere in all stores always seem so unhappy. In general they are unfriendly and gives the impression of not being treated well.

Found the items I wanted for a reasonable price. The cashier left a lot to be desired with her rude self and not friendly. Someone walking out the door and it kept beeping and cashiers didn't even care. Rosemary and Marie were cashiers. I went today and the cashier was awesome
