honestly, the worst nails and service i have ever received. the nail techs didn’t say a single word to me when i asked questions or anything. they rushed my gel manicure, filed my nails WAY too thin, causing 4 to break within the first 3 days. the gel polish started to lift the following day. the nails were so uneven and my cuticles were cut and i was bleeding on almost every nail. i’ve never had any issues like this, therefore the work was horrible. i would NOT recommend and i definitely will NOT be returning.

Was very disappointed this visit. The girl I used this time, not my usual person, filed my nails so paper thin that my nails bend even with gel polish. Also, she did such a thin coat of the polish that you can see my nails through the fall color.

They do a fabulous job, always perfect! Ive never had any problems with fill and gel they last so long and they pay attention to detail. Highly recommend and i luv the added perk of shoulder massage...such a plusthank you for your feedback😊

I’ve been a few places in the area and this is definitely the best. They respect their regulars and offer more for the same price as competitors. The bottom tier pedicure includes a stone massage and I am never over charged for having a broken nail with my acrylics. I had previously been to Andras where the prices are more and they are rude and rush your service. Definitely recommend Crystal nails. Plus you get a short shoulder massage after your service.Thank you for your feedback
