‘From This location!!!’ The Driver Entered my home!!!! SCARY!!!! My package was just delivered to me.. and your UPS DRIVER SNUCK through my closed side Gate, past my pool, and INTO MY HOUSE TO DELIVER MY PACKAGE!! I’m shaking I’m so livid!!!!! How scary to find a man entering my home!!!!!! This was obviously not my front door!!! This was the Private gated SIDE entrance!!! Your people have no right entering a home!!!! WTH?! Completely Unacceptable!!!!!!!

So angry, I paid 20 dollars for overnight to get my birth certificate from Arizona, literally a piece of paper, then it was sorted incorrectly, sent to the wrong state re routed then when it got here to Batavia, shocker , I get a notice saying I was unavailable for pick up… I have cameras on my house as well as motion detectors and a doorbell that notify me if a car even drives past my house… guess what .. not one ups truck was even on this street. So now I have to wait for the one effing hour this place is open to get my birth certificate so I can get married on time. I swear if my wedding is delayed over someone’s lazy ignorant behavior I will about explode. So incredibly disappointed!!!

Questions & Answers

We had someone with a scanner and package come to our door at 9 pm last night. He had a pickup truck and parked it on our street so we couldn't get a plate number or even see the color. If he was a UPS worker; what was he doing out at this hour?
