We were very happy with the entire experience of ordering from Starfire Direct. There are really only a small amount of manufacturers of fire pits/tables, and Starfire offered an amazing selection. The order process was seamless, and there are even discounts from time to time. We were able to get our questions answered timely and efficiently, and the customer service we experienced over the phone was excellent. Delivery was smooth and quick, and product in perfect condition. I cannot speak to the return policy as we have never needed to return something to them before.

Ordering was simple and Starfire direct had the best prices for gas log sets, a lot of informational videos to help choose the right model. Unfortunately my shipment arrived slightly damaged: the adjuster knob was broken off. The logs and the gas set was very well packaged though. I contacted support and they ordered the replacement part at no cost right away which arrived shortly. Amelia was very helpful to make sure all my issues are resolved promptly. I highly recommend Starfire Direct to anyone who wants a gas fireplace!
