I believe they carry King Arthur Gluten Free pancake mix. My son has Celiac disease and we have tried all the Gluten Free pancake mixes and King Arthur is hands down the best. You couldn't tell the difference between this and traditional Gluten pancake mix. I 110% recommend King Arthur.
The gumbo base is usually in the either the canned soups or the rice aisles. Good luck...and save me a bowl! Lol
