I 100% trust this family business that I have been going to for I think like 25 years now (I used to go to them at their previous location). Unbelievably most shops including the dealer in my most recent case do not always properly align a car. When other places completely mess up my alignment, I just take it here and it is always gets fixed properly. If they can't align the car, then that means the car has major problems that require major work. Their prices are good too, but I would actually pay more for the perfect work they do. I seriously have not found any other shop that consistently does a proper job with tire alignment and I have tried a lot of places over the years. BTW, you may find them to be gruff at first, probably from dealing with unreasonable customers, but these guys are actually friendly.

I have been going exclusively to Stevenson Tires since 2001. Through the years they moved 3 times and I moved with them even when I moved over 20 miles away. I currently live in San Jose and yet I keep making the trip because of the excellent work, excellent customer service and most specifically their honesty. I have taken my cars in the past for estimates just to see if there are other shops that may be available closer to home but I have never found one with the integrity that Stevenson's demonstrate. Doug is very accessible and always willing to answer my questions and I'm one of those that will ask tons of questions when it comes to my cars. Over time I have taken my Mazda Miata, VW Beetle, Nissan Xterra, Mercedes C250, BMW X5M, Mini Cooper Roadster and BMW M4. I'm saying this to show the capability of this shop and they are not just an American car type of shop but the mechanics are well versed with all makes and model of vehicles. I am very happy with this shop and even though I have been with them exclusively for over 20 years, I will continue to use them in the future. My motto is when you find a great mechanic with integrity then you keep them forever. Thank you Stevenson for your integrity and great skills. See you soon!!!
