Update 2022 - every time I come here it makes me angry at how they do their “sales” .. convenient they change the stickers on everything right before their “75% off.” You can buy stuff off Amazon, target, dick’s, etc. for brand NEW in the package for the exact same price listed at this place. You may even get a BETTER price. This is the worst place ever, spend you me money elsewhere. Please. Want to buy used sports equipment for BRAND NEW prices? Come here! All weight selection was priced like you bought it from Dick’s Sporting Goods. $2 per pound is absurd for used weights.

Okay forgive me for not remembering His name but there was a sweet gentleman who helped me with my daughters baseball cleats. Told me about the trade in program and we got her a new bag and socks too (HE SEARCH HIGH N LOW) for my daughters brown socks he rocks soft spoken black guy there Tuesday the 26th 230pm have a blessed one my friend you truly made our day and helped us find nice under armor cleats

Worst customer experience I've ever had I will never go there again I went in the and took some golf balls to sell two boxes then I wanted to purchase a bike and the guy was rude and a red like I wasn't worth his time and made me feel like my buisness was not important to them at all. Embarrassed me in front of other. Ustomers I will never go there again worst customer service I've ever had. Lost a 500 doller bike sale from it there loss!

This is our local Play It Again Sports and they are simply awesome! They have all the qualities we look for: Small business owner; so happens to be a 9 minute drive from home; plenty parking; awesome staff. First, their selection is top notch. You can instantly tell how keyed in they are to our community by how many items they are able to buy and sell. Second, their customer service is impeccable, but I say that particularly because of one person - Brandon. He may not remember but we bought our 3-year-old's first bike from there and he helped us adjust the training wheels. We went back this weekend for another bike and thankfully he was there again, helping us try out bikes and adding training wheels from another bike. He even laughed at my co-parent's terrible dad jokes, which is just a nice thing to add :). He never seemed "put upon" or as if we were bothering him. You get the sense he sincerely enjoys helping people pick out the right equipment, which means the world to someone like me who knows nothing about bikes. All staff let us know we're free to take the bike outside to let our daughter try it out. Now you can't do that at any big box store! Please support this store. They're definitely a gem in our community.
