Checked in online which is very easy. I hadn't been to this location but it was very clean and Lenora was great. She gave me a solid cut. Recommend Lenora. Rachel is not too friendly. Recommend.

Been coming here for years, friendly staff and fairly consistent cuts. They recently raised their prices, $20 seems steep but it's my go to so.... Edit (05-12-22) - So due to staffing this location is closed on some days and the wait times are always ridiculously long (even with online check in). There seems to always be new staff and lots of mannequin heads for then newbies to learn on (very unsettling). Last time I went for a haircut, I got a new person, she seemed very unsure of herself and was going through all the motions but not cutting any hair, just slightly nipping the ends. I was so uncomfortable, afraid she was going to give me a botched cut! Another stylist ended up finishing up the cut but by that time, I had been in the chair for an hour! Save yourself the stress and visit another location, this one has gone DOWN HILL.

It varies from day to day. Some people make appointments online so the wait time will typically go up even if they are not at Great Clips. So if you don't have a reservation sometimes you'll have to wait longer or not wait as long. Its kinda of a gamble. Just go to greatclips.com to set up a reservation.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.

Go to the website and select "Find a Salon or Check In". You don't make an appointment but check in online at the salon you choose at the time you'd like. Usually I try to check rhe wait time 30 minutes before I want to be there. The site will tell you wait time for each location.
