Came in to this store as i run a demanding constant mobile & roadside auto repair business along with having a shop. After being at multiple locations in the day telling me they couldn't assist me on commercial or picking up purchasing parts on my commercial Account mainly due to including managers at the other locations saying no knowledge or experience running it on the computer. But I came over to this AutoZone and surprisingly big difference especially in customer service I was immediately assisted by someone in a grey shirt and his name was "Paul" i believe he is a manager. Not only was he knowledgeable and professional about the whole experience and pick up of my parts and purchasing, he knew what he was talking about he knew how to run everything on Commercial and is very experienced in everything he was doing at the time helping me. Other AutoZone locations need More Associates and or managers like himself "PAUL" and the other Spanish Hispanic lady manager there at that location. Just due to the simple fact running a business is demanding and then more frustrating when I have to go to multiple locations not just to purchase or find parts but to find someone with experience or knowledgeable about AutoZone technology/ computer wise, as in reference to "Z-NET". Not only did he made my experience very smooth easy and efficient for my customers time emergency of being on the side of the road and me having to go and grab a part and at a reasonable distance from the stranded customer hands down I give " PAUL" 5 ++ Stars Rating for the service satisfaction and knowledge along with great helpful attitude eager to assist and complete my needs for my customer along with everything else all other Autozone in area sadly couldnt help or assist me with for the visit that day, especially being disappointed going to other closer AutoZone's and getting worse service and or not even being helped because lack of training , poor excuses of why they couldn't help me out because I'm a shop owner with a shop Commercial account and they dont know how to assist. Thanks again and will definitely see more of my business there before going elsewhere other than there new location for the area out here on 7th street in Victorville. I purchased a new battery for my vehicle at this Auto Zone upon installation the car did not start. I took my vehicle back to Auto Zone for them to test the battery and an employee named Roy P brings the testing machine out and immediately tells me that their battery was good and my alternator was bad. I did not believe this because I had just taken it to a friend who works on cars and he confirmed it was not my alternator or starter; also this was confirmed by a AAA technician. Roy P stated that if these are not certified mechanics giving me this info then they are wrong; although Roy P is not a certified mechanic himself but he thinks he can tell me what's wrong with my car. It ended up being the battery cables that needed to be cleaned and once they were cleaned the car started right up...please do not listen to Auto Zone employees because they are not "Certified Mechanics" also, they're just trying to make more $$$ for the company!
