Franz C. was incredibly helpful! My husband and I were passing by Victorville on an anniversary trip and our battery light came on. We happened to be passing by the AutoZone and stopped by to ask about it. Franz came out and tested the battery for us. It was fine, but the alternator was not working properly and needed to be replaced. He walked us through the issue and went above and beyond by contacting a local mechanic and helping us get our car back into working condition. We couldn’t have done it without him!! Highly recommend!
