Mtpleasant 84 has terrible customer service! Needed 3- 2x8x8 and the pile on the ground was twisted and splits... asked to get new lift and he said I'll give you your money back! Ignorant and lazy!!! Scottdale lumber gets my biz now

Twice now I have ordered metel for a roof and siding on a shed. Both times they didn't call back with the quote so it didn't get ordered, "I forgot to call you back" is what I got for the reason. I have to call to find out if it is ordered. The second time I was told they can't order what I need till I pay for it, a 180$ order, first order was over 800$ and I payed when I picked it up. This is the most disorganized and inconsistent 84 lumber I have ever used. I will get what I ordered and WILL NOT be getting anything from this place again. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with this yard.
