Dr. Wang is the best ever! This was the review i post about 4 yrs ago. Dr. Wang still amazing but the receptionists are terrible. My cat has been with this hospital for 6 years already, I’ve seen different ppl work over there, before Covid and after. but I could say now the ladies who worked for this place were the worst I never had. Cold and mean and not helpful at all. I’m editing my review right now in front of the hospital. It’s 4:15pm on Aug 8,2022. 10 mins ago those ladies just kept repeating their policy instead of check if Dr. Wang would be available to check for my cat. I know today I had no appointment but as a loyalty customer, I deserve a better service. Especially I drove about an hour from Irvine. 2 stars is for the team, it was super 5 stars. But those receptionists only deserve a negative star which lower the score. Omg can’t believe it’s a Hospital with no one helping.

Excellent vet, especially for orthopedic issues. Our dog had a badly torn ACL (a debilitating ligament tear) which PetCare Animal Hospital performed surgery on with great success. After her recovery, she seemed good as new.
