This place is perfect if you are PSCing and need a place to stay for a few months. It’s great as a month to month and furnished (although furnishing is a little outdated). It’s quiet and in a good location close to the 805 and shopping right up the street. They answer Maintence calls right away too and everyone is friendly in the neighborhood. Edited to add. Take pictures of everything when you get there and when you leave. I was charged for a new sofa because they said the frame was broken but I didn’t see it at all. AND that I broke the blinds but had them open a lot and nothing was broken about them when I left. I hate editing this to add because it was nice living there, but it’s suspicious. OH and if you have kids, better keep them inside or take them to the park everyday because residents complained about loud kids playing outside 🙄

Great for new transfers and TAD orders or for new people getting out on there own with little furniture or savings to purchase there own at the time. Worth looking at if you are in a hurry to find a place to stay, or if you wont be in town for more than a year.

The managers here are idiots. They posted a big red flyer on my door with holiday safety tips for those traveling but they posted it the night that we left. So there was a big bright red flag letting people know of the vacant apartment for 2 weeks. Would have been nice if they would have taken it down once they saw we clearly weren't there. The parking lot is too small for the amount of residents but the managers don't care because they have reserved spots and one of the ladies, Rebecca Gonzalez, liked to park in two spots, hers and the one next to it. I emailed her to let her that someone on staff taking up multiple spots, knowing it was her and she played dumb stating that she would talk to the person. If I can find the photos I will add them later. Better management and this place wouldn't be bad. They also don't have maintenance on weekends and take more than a day even for major plumbing issues. No toilet in my apartment for 3 days because of a weekend and no one available on Monday.

I wish I didn't have to rate this place. I would give them zero stars.. A guy leaf blowing or mowing the grass every week day starting at 8 in the morning. Very rude considering theres no AC. So the only way to keep your apartment cool is to keep the window open. Furniture old as crap. Which they said there furniture/ apartment was like new. Carpet is very old as well and gross. They say it's safe but theres homeless people just walking around the complex. They don't have there priorities straight. They have the pool locked but not where you wash and dry your clothes. Had clothes stolen from there. Pool hour are crap. 9 am to 9 pm. And sometime you'd go out at 8:30 pm and the doors would already be locked. Same hours go for the washer and dry area. Waited half a hour outside the washer and dry area tell someone finally came to up it. Which was at 8:30 am. Not what I was expecting from what online and the brochure said. Happy to say I'm moving to a better place.
