It is not necessary to get a pre-qualification letter but we highly suggest it. In this current market it can make or break a deal. Inventory is very low at the moment.

We have a helpful "MLS" tool on our website for home searches. We can also setup property alerts. Zillow is a good option although you may find a day or so lag for it to post.
