I have had unbelievably great experiences at St. Francis! I needed a new vet closer to home, and decided to make an appointment for my cat's annual check-up after reading the great reviews on Yelp in 2019 (and I've been going ever since!). From the person answering the phone to the vet tech who took my cat inside for her exam, the staff are always incredibly kind and helpful. The doctor is also fantastic- he explains everything in detail both before and after the appointments and never makes me feel rushed. I felt completely confident in the care he provides my pet. I am elated to find such a fantastic animal hospital in Hacienda Heights!

They are the best! I went in to take my dog because she had what seemed to be a foxtail stuck in her eye. The veterinarian was so friendly and gentle with my dog. I had actually came from So Cal Animal Hospital but refused to go back due to their overpriced treatments. So, I decided to give this one a chance. I had told the veterinarian what I saw in these last few days with my dog’s eye and that it didn’t seem to get better. I explained that the other animal hospital took hours to find what was wrong with my dog’s eye and the prices were a little too exaggerated. He took her to the back and came back in approx. 10 minutes with the foxtail in a paper towel. He also took me in the back to the lab to see how they also found an ulcer in her eye. Long story short, they treated her and prescribed a medication for her to take. I saw an instant relief with my dog after they treated her. Overall, I loved their service and will definitely be recommending them to my family and friends. Thank you!
