We went for dinner and were seated in the front patio. The host seated a couple in the table next to us. The couple were on their speaker phone for most of the meal and we advised the host who said she would let the manager know. The waiter Pablo felt awkward, noticed their behavior and acknowledged it to us with an apology. I called the restaurant after we left to speak with the shift manager, his name is Gabrielle. I advised him that we just spent $100 and couldn't enjoy the experience. He basically to told me sorry, there's nothing I can do for you. He said look for me next time you come-in and I will take care of you, in which I replied, "what does that mean?" and he replied, "I'll find you a nice table!" I said Gabrielle, please acknowledge we just spent a lot of money at your restaurant and had a very poor experience, so his reply was (in so many words), tough - there's nothing I can do! I've never had this type of experience and frankly this is the 1st negative review I've ever posted. The operation of the this business is flawed and we will never go eat there again.

I went to pickup my order today, and she said my card was declined. I was surprised so I gave her another card. That card got declined too. Then I read the message on the receipts and I know DNS lookup is a network issue. So clearly she has no idea what she is doing due to the amount of attempts she tried swiping my card. The G thing they could of done was just give me the food for free. If we sat down and then tried to pay after we’ve eaten, you would’ve had to comp me anyways? Are you going to ask the other few customers already sitting down to go get some cash to pay for their brunch? So, I unfortunately will never get to try their food and it’s alright! Definitely could’ve been handled better, customer always comes first.

This is interesting. I went with 5 people. We had a great appitizer plate and all 5 ordered a different entree. They all loved theirs, mine wasnt very good. I should have sent it back but I didn't. It was a Birthday, and they gave the Birthday boy a very nice dessert we all shared.we were outside under a patio cover, and there is another outside dining area also. All in all, it was a very pleasant evening and I would go back and not order veal parmesan.

The service was great but I didn't really like my dish (FARFALLE AL SALMONE) . It was way too salty and the server was really nice and had the kitchen remake it. However I think the sauce may have been premade so I'll not sure if they were really able to make it less salty. The penne my husband had was also a bit too saucy. Maybe our tastes just run towards a bit blander.
