So I took two little ones to get cupcakes. I have never been to a Sprinkles but the woman working today was kind and patient explaining what to do. The kids loved their choices (strawberry & caramel). I thought the strawberry was better … the caramel one was just super sweet (to be honest, I wish the strawberry one was a little less sweet and more strawberry). The cupcakes underneath were moist and fresh. The only negative was the pupcake. It was hard and old. My dog refused to eat it. The cupcakes are a bit pricy, but it is a nice place to stop every once in a while for a special treat.

I have been a fan of Sprinkles cupcakes since the company started and this is my local shop. Normally, the employees are warm and friendly and the cupcakes are delicious.. Today was different and truly disappointing. I went in about 5:45pm. No one was in the shop and it took a few minutes for the employee to come out from the back. I believe she was there on her own. I very clearly asked for 1 dark chocolate cupcake and one vanilla with chocolate frosting. They were out of boxes so she packed each cupcake in a bag. I paid the 8 dollars and went to my moms for her birthday. It is her first birrhday since my father passed away from covid last year and I was excited to bring a treat over with dinner. . When I opened the bag later in the evening, I was shocked to find a cinnamon cupcake and carrot cupcake... You can't get farther from chocolate than that. It was a massive disappointment.

I love sprinkles. This is a good location in the Rustik Promenade right off do you want to one freeway of Westlake Boulevard exit. The promenade has a lot of parking lot. It is also good to come on the evening of Fridays because sometimes they have bands it is really nice to walk and have the sprinkles ice cream after watching a movie at the movie theater next door or after reading a book at Barnes and Noble
