As a reseller, I used to spend about $3,500.00 a year (average) at this store until 2 years ago. Their pricing is ridiculous; stuff which were priced $1.99 are now $5.99. For 2020, I barely spent $200.00. I've had to asked them several times to adjust the price of items which had their original retail stickers marked lower than their asking rate. It's a shame! Goodwill is missing out on my money for sure.

I walked into the Donation area from the front of the store as it was locked from where you would normally enter from. There is no indication on the website OR in the back where the door is. I asked what to do for donating and one guy scoffed at me. Another employee told me I had to go around the back. I was telling them that I did and the door was locked. I was cut off by yet another employee saying that donation was closed that day. I understand, it looked like they had a large amount of stuff to get through, but the general attitude was irritation. I'm probably going to have to try again, but I felt dumb for even being there. Indicate that it is closed other than having a locked door I can see through and see people working.
