I always get takeout and my only complaint is a hamburger with only ketchup and mustard doesn't mean add cheese. Everyone seems to do that even when I say no cheese.

I would give zero stars if I could. I was there today, Thursday April 21, 2022 at 4:15 with my elderly parents. They wanted a biggie bag with a baked potato. The manager Emily came out and informed us that she wasn't going to do this. She said she would get in trouble and she wasn't getting into trouble for them. I told her the manager of the Uniontown Wendy's said they had the same owners and they are allow to substitute the potato for the fries. She proceeded to yell at my parents that she wasn't going to do it. When I ask for the main manager's and owner's name and phone number I was yelled at that she wasn't giving me any information, so we left. My parents went home without eating because they were so upset. I will not be back until Wendy's removes employees who would treat the elderly this way.

The drive-thru is the only thing that we've really experienced we never dine in but the employees could use some more training and that department. Also we asked for a plain spicy chicken sandwich and they gave us one with everything on it. Other than that it's not a bad place to order food for something fast on the go.

Sometimes the wait in the drive thru can be a few minutes. But they always are easy to deal with. They did forgot something in my bag and was great at fixing the issue. Thanks to the staff
