I’m typically not one to leave one star reviews but I have given this nail salon over 10 chances to redeem themselves and every single time I come here I have a bad experience. Whether it’s openly making fun of my nails or the calluses on my feet with coworkers RIGHT IN FRONT of me, making my nails SO thick that it looks extremely cheap (this should be a given not to make nails look thick in depth), quickly painting them and not even scraping the sides of my nails to cover them with polish or telling me AFTER my nails are already painted that they can’t do my design and gave me regularly polish when I tell 2 women I want gel before even starting. Also no need to make an appt with a specific person because you run the chance of the salon double booking that person and you get someone random you didn’t book with. I know some people love it here but wow. I will never be coming back again. It’s just a sad experience every single time. Take your money somewhere else✌🏼

I’ve been coming here many years and so has my mom and grandma. This is our go to spot. Of course some nail techs are better than others as with any place but we always are pretty happy. Good service and atmosphere. Ha is the best tech if you can get here! Also Queenie.

I am typically one that likes to post nice reviews however, my last experience was awful. Nail polish chipped off in 2 days, asked for a yellow flowee on my toes, got pink and silver. Pretty, yet not what I asked for. I JUST WANTED TO LEAVE. Not relaxing, hurried. It wasn't even busy. Not sure what happened. They used to be good.

I have been going to this place on and off since 2016. It’s always a hit or miss. Depending who you get, you may get a good service or not a so good job. You can’t sit and relax. You have to look if they are doing a good job. I had to show the lady twice she had to remove nail polish off the toe. The nail is clearly broken and she wants to glue it. I said 4 times to cut it off. I’m ok with short nails. instead of shaping the rest of the toenail she just cut off that piece. I paid for volcano and she barely scrubbed my foot. It’s still rough. The gentleman was upset that I told him I do not want dip/powder. He removed the previous dip. I told him I have to come back before end of the month. He was upset because he had to cut cuticle and couldn’t do the machine like he does for dip and had to wait a little longer to completely remove the dip off the nail. He did a horrible gel paint job. Left my nails with super sharp edges. I had to round the edges when I got home. He didn’t ask if round edges or not. Didn’t massage my hand. Barely provided lotion. This is my second time I had service with him and I’m not satisfied. This location has inconsistencies with their services. Based on the nail tech I get, I’ll decide what services I’m willing to pay for. I didn’t do design because I didn’t like the paint job. so I didn’t spend more. I paid for volcano pedicure expecting a good scrub. And I didn’t. I have never left a review in 7 years. It’s frustrating you pay for a service and you never know what you will get. I’m positive they upcharge you because I do the same thing every time and the price always varies!
