Staff slow and now requires to make appointment on line to rotate tires. Only has to bays open. Didn't want to wait 6 hrs for that when I was the 3rd person in line. Give me a break they are always understaffed.

They always do great work here, the wait is worth it. Plus when you buy tires from Costco it comes with a lot of benefits. As you can also tell from the picture, they are setup to keep customers and employees safe.

I came into Costco the other day after my dealership told me I needed four new tires (I have an all wheel drive but my car only has 13K miles on it)! I came into Costco and was helped by Bob. He went out, took a look at my car and said that I only needed one. I told him another tire had a nail in it so he went and checked again...this time he came back and said he actually thought they could repair both tires. A few hour later, I only had to pay $28 out of pocket to have my tires repaired. I appreciated his honesty and his cheesy jokes along the way. They have definitely earned my business!
