We haven't been here in almost 2 years, and I'm super disappointed. We only came for Little Leapers (previously pre-school bounce). It is listed on the website as 9-12 M-F. The price is almost double, the age limit is not being enforced so big kids are just barreling around all over the place without regard for the little ones, the foam pit in the Toddler Zone is too empty for my kiddo to climb out, and the entire place is dirtier than ever. I'm hoping that they actually enforce the age limit when the new location opens in Gresham, because that's a deal breaker for me.

This place is filthy! I have a hard time breathing. They refused to cancel a membership I just signed my oldest up for. My ex wife setup our two youngest prior. When I setup the oldest they didn’t go over the cancellation policies. When I asked to cancel they told me there is a three month minimum. I oldest doesn’t like the place and he may not return.

Was really fun! For the price I paid for an hour and a half it was perfect. We went in in a good day (Tuesday afternoon) as it was not too crowded. Staff is very nice and helpful. The only downside was another customer accused me of looking to steal his things as I was walking out of the restroom completely minding my own business. At first I was taken aback because I didn’t even realize he was talking to me. His wife was very rude to me and my friend and I felt so bad for their child who had to endure their toxic behavior. Sky zone provides lockers for people for a small fee too which he did not use. He was very aggressive and threatened to call the cops and went and complained to the front desk. I remained calm and tried to assure him I had no motive and could care less about others belongings that were just sitting out in the open. He was very quick to decide I was a thief and was name calling. After he and his family left I waited inside to make sure the coast was clear in the parking lot. We told the staff the situation and they were very understanding. I just felt so bad that they had to deal with that too. I know this is not on the business and they can’t control what kind of people walk in the front door. So to the scary man who made brash claims to me in front of many children, let’s not meet again.

Edited to add: Sky zone is responding to reviews saying what can we do to make it right on google reviews however customers can not reply to those messages so it does not go anywhere. I was clear in my review what needs to be done to make it better. I have also emailed Sky zone directly with no response. If you want to make it right, respond directly to emails and take action steps towards making things safer and cleaner. We had gone to sky zone over two years ago and had such a great time. I remember being really impressed with all the staff helping to ensure that all the children were safe and staying on their own trampoline. I recall the place being very clean. Our experience today was the complete opposite. Especially with Covid I was shocked to see how crowded it was. Not to mention the lack of proper mask wearing. The few employees we did encounter were lovely, friendly and very helpful but honestly they were not doing much. I did not see a single employee enforcing mask wearing or safety measures. I had to ask one employee twice to tell some older teenagers to stop running around and being dangerous with young ones all around them. I realize that staffing shortages are a real contributing factor however if you do not have enough staff to operate safely then you need to reduce capacity of guests. Unless something changes we will not be back.

They are busy but respond to text messages.
I took my 3 year oldboy he loves it. Toddler time was free fir me to go with him.
They have 3 different heights of the curved wall, and 5 different courses that are about, I'd guesstimate, 20'-25' in length. They're all upper body strength courses that include climbing/traversing rope, monkey bar-esque challenges, etc.
Not at all the wife and I were jumping. And they have an adult dodgeball night
Yes I believe they do because I know over summer you can do this
There are sections you can use, just call ahead and make sure they aren't in use and are able to make the accommodation
No it's not yet its a bummer but are covid number are to hi for that bowling chuckie cheese john's incredible pizza oaks park may be next year any thing for kids except the zoo open and limited number at a time same for omzi open buy yor ticket on line not much open yet
We are closed for all activities for the foreseeable future unfortunately.
GLOW is Friday & Saturday nights from 8PM-11PM. The shirts are $5 +tax.
Call and ask a manager they should be able to tell you
Lock-In dates are decided by a higher power. So unfortunately they are usually random.
All ages
You could either do it online or go there
It depends, the pricing is based on 60, 90 or 120 minute jump times. $20 an hour is fair
Depends on the day of the week & the time of day they also run specials like for spring break also have 30&90 day passes their sky socks are required @$3 per pair
It depends on what day you go because they have different special all the time. Also what kind of stuff you will do i.e. glow bounce or the sport stuff etc Check their website and it shows you
$16 plus $3 for socks. You can trade in socks from a different trampoline park for free socks though.
Not sure because they have deals all the time. The website has a breakdown of prices, times and deals.
No. My wife and I follow my kids around all the time. It's even more entertaining now that they recently upgraded with new obstacles and areas.
I know you can bring outside water in. I suppose the same goes for food or snacks. They have a snack bar, that is how they make money.
It is Saturday the 15th
They do adult volley ball leagues and have lots of jumping space. My brother is 28 and had a a great time.
Don't see why not.
I usually pay about $22 total for two younger kids for 1 hour.
No it's $14 per hour plus $3 for the socks.
No adult is required however a waiver must be signed prior to jumping. Check their website for waiver information. There is a small section that is only for toddlers so bigger jumpers are not allowed however toddlers are allowed anywhere.
The time and dates change but if u call the front desk they will tell you. You can also reserve private time
Not yet. Sky Zone Vancouver will reopen in phase 2.
Park admissions per person for up to two hours per day. Other arrangements are scheduled and priced separate.
