Absolutely the worst location in the county, management is rude, disrespectful & discriminatory. My mother has been having issues for the past few months, they don’t help our fellow non speaking English folks, many people can’t read or write so they need help with making appointments or starting claims. All they do is give them a card and say “call this number and press 0 “, as a supervisor this is not the way you treat customers. I have never been disrespected, always been helped but when it comes to our Hispanic people who can’t defend themselves all they do is turn around and ignore their issues. I have started a complaint with corporate, hopefully management will take this serious. Pedro and the security guard we’re extremely rude & I wasn’t able to speak to manager because “they’re to busy “! Not to mention the mistakes the bankers are making, train your staff and treat ALL people with fairness.

Manager very rude and not helpful at all he was just in a rush to get me out. Considering closing my account after years of being with Wells Fargo. They want to charge you fees for everything! So disappointed!
