Great customer service from start to end. This was my first time at this location. I’ve serviced my car at a different location in the past but this will be my primary service location going forward. I made a last minute appointment at 5pm due to a recent flat tire and they accommodated me. Making the appointment with Bridgette was fast and easy. She was very polite and helpful. Luis was my service advisor and he was beyond amazing. He verified my tire warranty beforehand to confirm that everything was covered 100%. He explained the process to me in detailed and made me feel at ease. I’m very thankful and happy with the service at Lexus of Kendall. Thank you.

Great overall experience. Dee was our service advisor - she communicated regularly and kept me posted with what the vehicle needed and what was recommended. Our 2004 lexus ls430 was there for two whole days - we were given a loaner while our car was being serviced. Maintenance on these vehicles can be very expensive - the service manager was very considerate and gave us a nice discount

Great experience at the facility, my advisor Dee is very honest and helpful and her Guest service is in the VIP level. She is very knowledgeable in what she does, I did feel very comfortable and she did exceed my expectations. I hope the dealership management keep her forever, really awesome employee and welcoming personality.
