fit gym is THE premiere gym in not only Union county but the whole garden state area!!!! Coach Ahmik's work ethic, persistence and dedication to hard work is unmatched and insurmountable to other gyms in the area , I have watched my daughter and other kids, adults, progress rapidly in the skill of boxing in such a short amount of time , it's almost unbelievable , if your looking for a gym to train just to sharpen your skills, to learn self defense, or even compete and work your way to the pros this is the place that you want to come!!

There is absolutely nothing bad that I can say about Ahmik. He is willing to meet you where you are in both scheduling and fitness level. He is also knowledgeable, patient, super likeable, and funny lol No session is ever boring or bad with him! The vibe in his gym is also nice. Super calm atmosphere with good music. I did 10 sessions with him and learned quite a bit. I will be signing back up with him.

This was a great way to get back in shape, I signed up for the 5pk package and it was well worth the money. Felt like a real boxer lol!
