Smooth Seamless transaction with Yolanda from e-commerce. Agreed everything before I walked in, good price upfront so no pressure tactics. In-store processes and prep of financial paperwork took a bit long but was able to complete it in one afternoon. Hats off to Yolanda for the no pressure sale and some good honest advice along the way.

Sales person Miguel and inventory manager Eddie worked really hard to make sure I got the car I wanted and for that I really appreciate them. Excellent service. The only thing I did not like was the brand new vehicle I bought had some swirl marks and the cluster lens had scratches.I did not want them to wash the car or touch it but they rinse it with water and they also cleaned the inside .So I guess they did something wrong because brand new cars don’t come with swirl marks from factory and the cluster lens doesn’t come with scratches either. It’s unfortunate but it is what it is, nothing can be done.You spend all this money on a brand new car and you expect it to be perfect but unfortunately you don’t get a 100% percent condition car . So overall this is a excellent dealership , I Received great service in buying a new vehicle. Just don’t let them wash the car or touch your new vehicle , they use brushes to wash cars and I don’t think they’re careful in prepping the new vehicles to there customers.I would most definitely buy another car from here, I just got to make sure they don’t wash it or clean it.

Honda tried charging me for parts that weren’t even broken on my vehicle. Also realized this last visit that in the 3 years that I took my car for service and a oil change, they never offered to change my air filter ( which is supposed to be changed every 2 cycles of an oil change) if I was someone who had little experience with cars they would’ve charged me 4,000 dollars in repairs… once again parts were good, all I had to change was the complete strut. No CONTROL ARM, no BALL BEARING.. Very disappointed in this service. In April I also brought in my vehicle and told them my car was not accelerating and was throwing me to the left side. Nothing was done to my car, thanks to that I crashed my vehicle because it wasn’t looked at. This needs to be taken care of immediately. Once your warranty is done on the vehicle they can care less to help you out. Trust me I worked in Honda as a Porter.
